My visit to Chicago would not have been complete without a stop at InterVarsity Press, publishers of my first book, Mere Theology: A Guide to the Thought of C. S. Lewis. It was astonishing to me, several years ago, as a new author, that a book could be published without the publisher and author ever meeting. But such was the case. So last week was my first visit to IVP.
